Bachelor of Clinical Optometry (B. Optom.) (2nd Year)
Eligibility criteria for direct admission to Second Year
Every candidate should satisfy the following criteria at the minimum to be able to appear for the EYECET LATERAL ENTRY (2nd year B.Optom) - 2022 examination and provisional admission to the Second year B. Optom. course:
- The candidate should be over 19 years of age as on 31st Dec. of the year of the admission.
- Successfully completed a Diploma course of minimum two years duration in Optometry from an Institute recognized by Indian Optometric Association and Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University).

Designated Centers For EYE-CET 2022 (Lateral Entry) : Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University)
- The ‘EYECET LATERAL ENTRY (2nd year B.Optom) 2022’ entrance test will be conducted through an ‘online computer-based entrance test’. The online computer-based entrance test will be held in 58 centers throughout the country giving students a wide choice of online computer-based entrance test centers. The list of the cities where the online computer-based entrance test centers are located is given in the brochure available at http://bvuniversity.edu.in.
